The last few days have been an exciting roller coaster ride. Reminiscing while going through my catalogue of photos taken in the last 6 years, brought back so many memories. Whittling down my library of tens of thousands to 400. Then from that 400 photographs down to the 30-40 that made it on to the site you see today. I have been bouncing off the walls on a constant high, running on creative energy. Then came the actual redesign. It was exciting and thrilling watching everything come together. And then the stress and confusion of internet servers, domain names, and DNS zone files (still not sure about 'em) came my way. But here we are, 5 days after the start of this process. Everything running smooth and looking good! The stress and frustration of getting everything to work perfectly has payed off!
I would like to officially say, Welcome to my first blog entry, and the beginning of a new stage in my photography. The past few days has been draining, yet I am still kicking and running on some sort of energy, probably a mix of espresso coffee and the fumes left from my creative outpour into the site.
I wanted to just briefly introduce you guys to the site, and also give a little foresight into the future plans. I will be posting more photos of mine, from past years and new current work. Along with photos I will be active on the blog here. I have come up with a few ideas of projects I would like to post here on the blog. I'll be working on those in the coming weeks, so keep checking back for more content in the near future!
If you would like to be notified when I have posted something new on the site, there are two easy ways. The simplest is to head over to my artist page on Facebook and like it. Your Likes not only make me feel good, but will ensure that you are notified when anything new has been posted. Twitter! I use twitter constantly. If you do too, go ahead and follow me by clicking here. I tend to tweet on a daily basis and will always let my followers know when something new is up. Or if you don't have a Facebook or Twitter account, you can just go ahead and check back into the site every now and then.
Thank you everyone for the love and support! It has been very encouraging and been wonderful hearing your response. If you want to get in touch or keep updated on my day to day I have links to all things social media at the bottom of any page of the site. Just click on whichever you prefer whether it's Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram and do your thing! Thanks again, and have a good one!
